For the Earth element meditation I, Shishio Makoto, will be performing a brief invocation calling upon this Element using a material made from the Earth and channeling the Earth Mantra ('Chi") with the group together; Following this, I will teach and perform with the group a Dao breathing technique to begin our relaxation.  Once fully relaxed I will show one hand position Mudra for the Earth element for the group to use during our meditation. I will be guiding the group briefly until the gates of their own Exploration open during the meditation and then remain in silence. It is very important that each member explore and experience on their own journey. A Zen melody will be played during the Meditation.

sense of peace even as they are dying? Who wrote the rulebook on how, where, and
when to hold these powerful experiences?

What if we could learn to navigate secrets and use these tools throughout our lives? Come
explore the possibilities without having to disclose any thoughts or secrets. Learn tools
to take care of our bodies and minds and maintain a sense of wholeness and worthiness in
our lives no matter what we carry and face.

In this workshop, we will explore how secrets effect our energy field, create blocks in our
system and take up room in our lives and psyche that could otherwise be used for joy,
dream- making and thriving rather than surviving. Learn how to begin to have a relationship
with secrets, even just around the tender edges, so that you can begin to create a new
dialogue and road map that may be more beneficial to you.
Participants can expect to create a safe place for themselves in this workshop. No one will
be called upon.
